Communication and Optimal Resolution (CANDOR) Toolkit

Healthcare institutions and practitioners can use the Communication and Optimal Resolution (CANDOR) process to respond in a timely, thorough, and just way when unexpected events cause patient harm. The CANDOR toolkit contains eight modules, each containing PowerPoint slides with facilitator notes. Some modules also contain tools, resources, or videos.
