WHAT: Patient Safety: Achieving Success in Missouri – As the final event of Missouri’s Patient Safety Awareness Month, this summit seeks to establish a statewide dialogue for patient safety improvement.

Included are displays of best practices in patient safety in Missouri, break-out sessions on statewide successes and Missouri health system projects, and announcements about upcoming statewide patient safety efforts.
