Learning Series Webinar 3 of 12: Getting the most from your patient safety culture assessment

March 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Part 3 of our Learning Series, get the most from your patient safety culture assessment.

Measuring your culture with an employee patient safety survey is a sound practice, and surveys provide a generous amount of information – but are you getting the most practical and usable information from these tools? Debby Vossenkemper shares her experience from a large health system and provides key tips to understand what your data is telling you about your organization. She’ll explore the AHRQ Survey on Patient Safety™ and how to interpret the findings from comments, to excellence threshholds and on to next steps. It might be helpful to a have a copy of your last survey’s overall results.
