The Center for Patient Safety invites you to submit a poster display of your great success in safe practices at our 2014 Patient Safety Conference, Friday, March 21 in St. Louis!
All areas of healthcare are encouraged to share their improvement work including pharmacies, nursing homes, EMS agencies, hospitals, academia and many others!
All that is needed is a completed Poster Application submitted by February 21, 2014. Please contact the Center with any questions or visit our conference website for further information.
