Michael Callahan, an expert in PSO law, will present a webinar for the American Health Lawyers Association, “Patient Safety Organizations: New and Pending Developments,” on Friday, December 12 at 10 AM CST. Sponsored by the Association’s Enterprise Risk Management Task Force, the program is available free to all members of the ERM Task Force’s supporting practice groups: In-House Counsel, Healthcare Liability and Litigation, and Hospitals and Health Systems. Attorneys in those practice groups should check their in-boxes for an invitation to the program. The program will also be recorded and available to members of those groups afterward on the ERM Task Force website.
