Show your support for safe health care with a Vendor Booth at “Conquering Chaos – the Humanity and Science of Safe Care,” the 2012 Missouri Center for Patient Safety Conference. The conference will be on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Stoney Creek Inn in Columbia, Missouri.

WE WELCOME YOUR INVOLVEMENT AS A SPONSOR OR VENDOR! But hurry! Payment must be received prior to April 10 in order for booth space to be provided.

Please complete our 2012 SPONSOR AND VENDOR APPLICATION FORM indicating the desired Sponsor Level, Activity of Interest and/or Vendor Booth. Return the form to Marilyn Lieneke at [email protected] or by fax to 573/636-8608.

Attendance is expected to be over 250. Historically, attendees include executives, senior managers, patient safety officers, and clinicians, and others with a vested interest in improving the safety of care – health plans, employers, attorneys, insurers, policymakers and regulators.

MOCPS will invoice your organization prior to the Conference. All Sponsors and Vendors will receive recognition in Conference materials the date of the Conference.

Sponsorship levels with options for recognition are available for conference events, as outlined on the attached Conference Sponsor and Vendor Form, as well as an option to host a vendor booth.

Vendor Booth Space provides interested organizations an opportunity to reach healthcare professionals from various settings from across the region. Times are designated during this one-day event for attendees to visit the vendor booths, and attendees are given an incentive to visit vendors to be eligible for a drawing at the end of the day. Vendors are encouraged to offer items at their booths to be included in the drawing!

  • Designated time during morning break and the lunch hour for vendor booth visits
  • One complimentary ticket to the conference
  • Electrical access is included
  • One standard size table with skirt and chairs
  • Other setup specifications may be accommodated by the conference location, but may have additional costs. Please inform us of any additional setup specifications needed.
  • Vendor booths should be set up between 6:45 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17.
  • Vendor booths should be taken down by 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17
